Dear triathletes, On June 29, 2025, the Trakai Triathlon will take place near the most famous castle in the Baltics and the largest in Lithuania. This will be the ultimate outdoor adventure at the Olympic and Sprint distance!

Triathlon

  •   Olympic distance: 1,5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running

  •   Sprint distance: 0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running

  •   Super sprint distance: 0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2,5 km running

Relays

  •   Sprint distance: 3 team members share different disciplines: 0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running.

  •   Super sprint distance: 3 team members share different disciplines: 0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2.5 km running.

Team consisting of three members will have a chance to test themselves in the Triathlon relay by each completing the stage.

Awards

  •   Cash prizes are provided for I-III places for men and women (Olympic and Sprint distances).

  •   All finishers of the Trakai Triathlon will receive medals.
